• Usage data: request parameters, prompts, task status, credit consumption and logs.
• Technical data: IP and request timestamps needed for security and rate limiting.

2. How We Use It

• Forward requests to upstream AI providers and return results.
• Billing, rate limiting, abuse prevention and account security.
• Provide logs, usage analytics and technical support.

3. Third-Party Providers

To fulfill generation tasks, your prompts and inputs are sent to the relevant upstream AI provider for processing, subject to each provider's own privacy policy. Do not submit sensitive information you would not want processed upstream.

4. Data Retention

• Generated media (images, video, audio): retained for 14 days, then deleted.
• Log records (text / metadata): retained for 2 months, then deleted.

Download and back up anything you need long-term in time.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session (e.g. kie_session) and language preference. We do not use them for third-party ad tracking.

6. Security

Your API keys are stored server-side only and never exposed to the browser. We use authentication, encrypted transport and access controls, but no system is perfectly secure.

7. Your Rights
