Welcome to 97AI.PRO (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

97AI.PRO is an AI model relay platform that forwards your requests to third-party AI providers (video, image, audio, LLM, etc.) through a unified API, billing your credit balance by usage. Model outputs are produced by upstream providers; we make no warranty as to their content.

2. Accounts

• You must register an account and keep your credentials and API keys secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your credentials or keys.
• Never expose API keys in frontend code or public repositories.

3. Credits & Billing

• Usage is billed in credits at the rates shown on the pricing page, which may change as upstream costs change.
• Failed tasks are not charged.
• Credits do not expire but are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, to infringe others' rights, to generate malicious or infringing content, or to circumvent upstream providers' usage policies and rate limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse.

5. Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms and upstream provider policies, you retain rights to your own input content. The platform's trademarks, interface and code belong to 97AI.PRO.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 97AI.PRO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected in the date on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
